Domestic Shipping:
- We ship worldwide within 24 hours of cleared payment M-F on stock items, via Canada Post Service or FedEx upon request.
- Canadian customers pay the single flat rate shown per order, so additional items ship free. If the amount on the final invoice is incorrect, please let us know we will adjust the invoice.
- We ship with Canada Post Expedited and small items letter mail.
- All orders are fully insured, free of charge. We charge Canadian residents GST 5%.
International Shipping:
- USA Buyers: We ship Canada Post Small Packet for 1 or 3 items. For larger parcels, we ship with Canada Post Expedited and for multiple purchases, the combined shipping cost is a flat $12.89 Cad.
- Shipping cost to all other countries is made with Canada Post Small Packet Air International. See description for exact shipping costs.
- Lead time for international air mail is 6 to 15 business days. Please note, the number provided by Canada Post is not tracking number. The number provided is for insurance purposes only.
- We can provide shipping with a tracking number via Express Post. Contact us for exact costs to your location.
- Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are determined by your country's customs office, and are your responsibility.
- We are not responsible for shipping delays because of customs procedures. See below for approximate lead times.

- USA Post Canada Small Packet Air and Expedited - 7 to 14 days.
- USA Post Canada Small Packet Surface – 10 to 21 days.
- Canada with Post Canada Expedited – 3 to 7 days
- Other Countries Post Canada Small Packet International Air - 10 to 21 days.
